Residential Care Team Manager

We are a specialist childcare provider that works with children who can display challenging behaviour and present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ADHD and autism.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Residential Childcare service, including direct supervision of support workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular supervision and training to team members
- Work directly with children, demonstrating a good role model to the team
- Hold a relevant Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
We offer a competitive salary in excess of £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
