Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with record keeping
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Senior Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in using office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

Your main roll will be to run the office on your own and answer to the managing Director on a daily basis. Booking jobs for our installation team and arranging visits for our sales surveyor/ assessor with local councils. This position can be demanding and we are looking for a an individual who is flexible both in ability and hours worked.

This position will cover all aspects of working for a small company including deliveries stock control, diary management. Basically everything needed to run a small office

Every team member is important and this position is a senior roll within the company and we are looking for a friendly and outgoing person who will fit into our hard working team

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
