**Job Summary**: Starlight Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. The Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and contributing to the efficient operation of our care company. This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and general office duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Accurate and timely entry of client information and records into the company database.
- Maintain and update client and staff records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Document Management**:

- Organize, file, and manage documents, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and other documents.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Assist in scheduling client appointments and coordinating with caregivers.
- Help manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for client needs.
- **Client Communication**:

- Assist in addressing client concerns and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- **Office Support**:

- Maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Assist in general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Ad hoc Tasks
- **Reporting**:

- Compile data and generate reports as required by management.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring administrative processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures.
