The role will lead on compensation and benefit activities for the organisation, working closely with senior HR leaders. The Reward & Benefits Manager responsibilities will include:Support the full spectrum of Reward, Benefits and Pensions activities.Lead and deliver the bi-annual annual salary and bonus review process.Prepare Remco documents and proposals.Conduct ad hoc salary benchmarking.Lead the reward and benefit communications to employees of the business.Oversee all benefit activities, including, renewals, and management of vendor relationships.Produce reward and benefits related reports and MI.Oversee the outsourced payroll function, ensuring efficient running and deadlines are met.To be successful in the role, you will need:Strong experience in end to end Reward, Benefits, and Pensions activities, with the confidence to act in a sole reward capacity.Understanding of payroll processes.Experience within Financial services desirable but not essential.Strong communication with the confidence to work with and present to senior stakeholders.Strong excel and reporting skills.
