About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Global Reward Manager to join their team in the City of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reward support to the company's multinational technology business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pay Benchmarking and Market Intelligence: Support the development and implementation of global pay ranges for regions covered, working closely with external consultants and vendors to provide market data on total compensation.
  • Reward Framework Design: Utilize external market benchmarking data to provide analytical and complex modelling to support the design of a Reward framework.
  • Job Architecture and Employee Analytics: Review job descriptions, level roles on an ad-hoc basis, and provide employee analytics for the business.
  • Process Documentation and Stakeholder Engagement: Document processes, identify concerns, and compile data analysis reports to ensure the business is not reliant on a single point of failure.
Requirements
  • International Compensation Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience of international compensation practices and trends.
  • Groupwide Compensation Experience: Experience in supporting groupwide compensation programmes, ideally within a global environment.
  • Numerical and Analytical Abilities: Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent advanced MS Excel skills required.
  • Market Data Benchmarking: Experience in external market data benchmarking and sources, including job matching methodologies, pay elements, and survey submissions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders to help shape and support the reward strategy.
  • Pressure and Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales in the face of competing priorities.
  • Education and Qualifications: Degree or equivalent and/or relevant vocational qualification.
