About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Rewards Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Global Rewards team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of global cycles, processes, and projects to support multiple business units across various geographies in alignment with our global strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Kraft Heinz Rewards colleagues supporting Europe & Pacific Developed Markets, as well as Asia Emerging Markets.
  • Provide expert advice and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensure adherence to policies and processes.
  • Build and foster relationships with teams and colleagues across the Zone in different time zones to collaborate and challenge local practice to improve ways of working.
  • Review and approve/deny job evaluations for Director & above levels using Hay Methodology.
  • Manage, support, and implement special projects improving global compensation programs and routines, e.g., Job Evaluation simplification, Salary Range Development, Merit process.
  • Support key stakeholders, such as Regional Rewards teams, Business Unit Rewards Leads in the execution of compensation routines and processes.
  • Research and identify opportunities for simplification/streamlining of compensation-related process improvements.
  • Support annual salary survey participation for multiple countries, mainly focused on Mercer.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
  • Upwards of 5 years of experience in Rewards/HR-related field.
  • Experience in project management, prioritizing, and planning.
  • Familiarity with Hay Points evaluation methodology and annual survey participation, preferred.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Advanced Excel skills and numeric & analytical capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Interest and some experience working with human capital management systems, such as Workday and related modules and software.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Personal integrity and ability to deal with and be trusted with confidential information.
