Key Responsibilities- Oversee cyclical reward activities and upskill the team for future promotions.
- Manage two direct reports and lead on the rollout of a global job grading and architecture project.
- Develop and implement operational improvements, including automating transactional processes and configuring the HRIS.
- Lead on the introduction of new job architecture and ensure its successful implementation.
- Manage fixed and variable compensation initiatives, including long-term incentive management.
- Proven experience in international reward management, with a focus on EMEA and APAC.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in upskilling a team and managing fixed and variable compensation initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to start a new position from September.
