The Global Head of Reward and Benefits is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and implementing the total reward and benefits strategy on an international scale.
As a key partner to Senior Leadership, this role provides insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement in the total reward offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive strategies that align with the firm's overarching business objectives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice in the global marketplace.
- Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives.
- Design and administer long-term incentive (LTI) plans, such as stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance share plans.
- Manage flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives tailored to diverse employee populations.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses and derive actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions.
- Lead and inspire a small, local team and specialist outsourced providers to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of global benefits trends, practices, and regional-specific benefits requirements.
- Strong grasp of financial principles and analytical techniques.
- Leadership Presence: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
