Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Reward and Benefits to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our reward function, ensuring that our reward strategies comply with regulatory and governance requirements, and delivering a suite of benefits that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the reward function to ensure that our reward strategies are effective in retaining our talent and complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement the reward framework in line with our overall business strategy.
  • Drive pay and bonus processes globally, from initial role benchmarking to reviewing market practices and embedding regulatory evolutions into our existing processes.
  • Oversee reward regulatory requirements globally and manage the annual bonus and salary review process.
  • Review and design executive compensation proposals for new senior hires.
  • Maintain oversight of payroll operations globally to ensure compliance with all employment taxes.
  • Lead the creation and management of insights and reporting across HR.
Requirements
  • Experience within reward, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Demonstrate a strong background in Management Information.
  • Possess highly developed data and analytical skills coupled with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and business acumen with the ability to build relationships and credibility with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, proactive and delivery focused, with a real can-do attitude that is flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
