KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a total rewards strategy that balances employee value proposition and firm financial objectives

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop targeted rewards solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
