The Global Head of Rewards and Benefits will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall business objectives. This includes designing and implementing compensation programs, benefits, and recognition initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a total rewards strategy that balances employee value proposition and firm financial objectives
  • Design and implement compensation programs, benefits, and recognition initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop targeted rewards solutions
  • Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in human resources or consulting industry
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through talent management and compensation strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
