Job Title: Global Head of Reward Products

As a key member of the Human Resources division, the Global Head of Reward Products will be responsible for driving strategy and overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Reward Products team.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert across Benefits, Global Mobility, and Equity and Deferred Compensation to support the business.
  • Manage a team of experts and ensure both global and regional needs are met and in line with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives, vision, and values of the organization.
  • Use data to support decision making, define strategy, and drive performance.
  • Deliver commercially focused solutions within defined budgets and timeframes.
  • Ensure our offerings support the firm's objectives for employee retention and engagement.
  • Oversee appropriate risk management and controls across our programs, particularly in areas with statutory requirements such as employment taxes and pensions.
  • Optimize employee engagement through effective communications and improved user experience.
  • Maximize and optimize the use and performance of external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success and experience overseeing and managing a global Reward function in a complex multinational environment with a focus on Benefits and Global Mobility experience.
  • Experience working in global teams with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent market insights to competitor offerings and norms in Reward, particularly in the financial services industry.
  • Technical and practical knowledge gained from experience managing global Investment Banking equity-based awards.
  • Specific experience in employment/expatriate taxes, ideally in a Big 4 environment.
  • An appetite to effect meaningful change in order to drive efficiencies and reduce risk around processes and operations.
  • The ability to concisely explain complex issues and articulate the key aspects of business cases and proposals as well as influence decision making.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to navigate and engage stakeholders across a matrix organization to ensure they are consulted and informed.
  • Experience interacting with/presenting to/influencing senior stakeholders and boards.
