Job Title: Head of Global Production Operations

Job Summary:

COS is seeking a highly experienced Head of Global Production Operations to lead our sourcing and production operations globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing the best customer offer for today and the future, overseeing the entire production process from sourcing materials to final product delivery and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization across multiple locations, including performance of internal production offices in terms of people, process, performance, and budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business goals, focusing on operational excellence, sustainability, and profit margins.
  • Manage supplier relationships and lifecycle management of the full supply chain, including sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the assortment leadership team and key stakeholders to develop and drive the fulfillment of strategic goals and activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profit levels while reducing emissions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior production management role from a global fashion brand with proven track record of negotiations and stakeholder management across the supply chain.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a large diverse team across multiple locations.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes in a global supply chain with a focus on profit margins, material sourcing, quality control, and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
