Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the HR senior leadership team, you will provide strong leadership and direction to your team and contribute to the development of a total reward framework that aligns with the organization's people strategy.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering a comprehensive reward strategy that includes pay, benefits, and recognition programs. This will involve analyzing market trends, conducting research, and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Additionally, you will be the subject matter expert for reward and benefits, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization. You will also be responsible for ensuring an efficient and compliant payroll function.

Minimum Criteria

  • Experience in a senior reward and benefits role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • A proven track record of implementing and managing reward frameworks, including pay and benefits programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with HR systems and platforms, including Workday.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
