Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team at Williams Kent Ltd. As a Reward and Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering support and analysis on the annual reward activity, working closely with the Reward and Benefits Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with participation in global salary surveys, including the preparation of proposals, renewal communications, workflows, and benefit information documents.
- Support with the global business services and fee earner salary review process, including salary benchmarking and modelling.
- Maintain an awareness of market information on current and future reward related developments in the legal sector.
- Support the Reward & Benefits Assistant with employee, partner and broker queries in relation to global benefits.
- Assist with reward invoicing, including the reconciliation of membership listings and the associated re-charge process.
- Support with ongoing budget management for the HR department specifically in relation to reward.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Benefit Consultants and Account Managers.
- Initial analysis of Reward and Benefit data to identify key insights and trends, and help to contextualise this.
Requirements
- Previous Reward Advisor experience, preferably within a partnership environment.
- Experience with delivering reward projects/ cycles and supporting in annual salary and bonus processes would be desirable.
- Strong Microsoft excel skills and ability to interpret data efficiently.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on high quality delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly.
