Job Summary

The Benefits Manager role at our company is a key position that ensures the effective delivery of our reward and benefits strategy. This involves working closely with HR Director and HR Business Partners to develop and implement reward and benefits policies and programs that align with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Director and HR Business Partners in delivering reward and benefits policies and programs.
  • Assist with performance rating processes, managing timetables, and conducting analysis.
  • Assist with HRIS system requirements and production of relevant models.
  • Design and review bonus schemes to ensure they remain fair and consistent.
  • Work with Senior Analyst to ensure process and specialist operational aspects of reward in the UK.
  • Own employee recognition process and platform to ensure employee engagement.
  • Work with HROperations Director to develop job profiles and architecture for job roles within the UK.
  • Maintain Grosvenor's Certificate of Sponsorship and relationship with support providers for global mobility matters and tax advice.
  • Effective management of two direct reports to deliver team goals.

Requirements
  • Effective project manager with experience of planning and managing reward and benefits review cycles.
  • Experience of developing and managing benefits policies and procedures.
  • Experience of job architecture and benchmarking.
  • Previous experience of Workday or similar HRIS.
  • People management or team leadership experience.
