About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual to join our People and Culture Team. As a Reward and Benefits Specialist, you'll contribute to our business growth by project managing our Reward and Benefits review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the reward and benefits review
  • Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop the best policies and plans for the organisation
  • Help to draft reward and benefit processes and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Manage and own ad hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for the HR team and their stakeholders to enable them to make decisions, interpret policies, and resolve complex issues
