Role Overview

The Senior Reward Specialist plays a key role in supporting annual Reward processes, including annual salary reviews, benefits renewals, and maintaining the Job Architecture. This role will also support the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design, new initiatives, and operational support on group Reward programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual Reward processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with the Reward Analyst to maintain the Job Levels (Aon Radford Methodology) and complete the annual salary survey, while supporting Benchmarking governance.
  • Review and update salary ranges to ensure they reflect current market shifts and trends.
  • Support the development and research of new reward initiatives, working closely with the Head of Reward.
  • Implement new reward initiatives effectively, managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate complex reward topics to various audiences.
  • Manage relationships with third-party benefit providers, resolving escalated benefits and pensions queries efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with expertise in pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation, and benchmarking.
  • Advanced Excel and numeric skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively.
  • Able to translate complicated reward concepts into clear, easily understandable language.
  • Familiarity with Workday or larger HCM systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
