About the Role

The Global Head of Reward & Benefits is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and implementing the total reward and benefits strategy on an international scale. This role is essential in ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and motivates top talent through competitive and innovative reward programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Leverage expertise in international reward practices to develop comprehensive strategies that align with the firm's overarching business objectives.
  • Drive Initiatives: Drive initiatives that enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice in the global marketplace.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership: Serve as a key partner to Senior Leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement in the total reward offerings.
  • Manage Executive Compensation: Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives, with a proven track record of aligning compensation practices with business goals and shareholder interests.
  • Design and Administer LTI Plans: Design and administer long-term incentive (LTI) plans, such as stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance share plans, to drive performance, retention, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage Global Benefits: In-depth knowledge of global benefits trends, practices, with hands-on experience in managing flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives tailored to diverse employee populations.
  • Leadership Presence: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and influence others, build consensus, and drive change within a matrixed organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences and tailor messages to suit different stakeholders.
