Job Summary:

The Global Head of Total Rewards and Benefits is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and implementing the total reward and benefits strategy on an international scale. This role is essential in ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and motivates top talent through competitive and innovative reward programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies that align with the firm's overarching business objectives, leveraging expertise in international reward practices.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice in the global marketplace.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to provide insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement in the total reward offerings.
  • Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives, with a proven track record of aligning compensation practices with business goals and shareholder interests.
  • Design and administer long-term incentive (LTI) plans, such as stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance share plans, to drive performance, retention, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives tailored to diverse employee populations.
  • Stay up-to-date with global benefits trends and practices, with a strong understanding of regional-specific benefits requirements.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating leadership capabilities, inspiring and influencing others, building consensus, and driving change within a matrixed organization.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, conveying complex information and tailoring messages to suit different stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration, with a strong emphasis on designing and implementing comprehensive reward strategies in multinational organizations.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and analytical techniques, with the ability to interpret data, conduct benchmarking analyses, and derive actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions.
