About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards and Benefits Manager to join our team at The FISER Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive benefits package that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and HR department to develop a benefits strategy that supports our business objectives
  • Design and implement a benefits package that includes core benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and other perks to attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits management
  • Assess and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible deals for our benefits package
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about our benefits package
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our benefits package and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits management or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful benefits packages
  • Strong knowledge of benefits trends and best practices in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
