Job Title: International Total Rewards Manager

CoStar Group is seeking a highly skilled International Total Rewards Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the company's global Total Rewards strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that is competitive, compliant, and supports employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to stay informed about salary trends and benefits packages in the region.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies that comply with local regulations and support the overall business strategy for the region.
  • Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team, Regional HR Business Partners, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between compensation and benefits strategies and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on local legislation and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Total Rewards Manager or similar role, with a focus on the UK and European markets.
  • Experience of structuring incentive schemes, including sales commission plans and longer-term incentive plans.
  • A holistic understanding of compensation and benefits that covers not only the financial elements, but also health care, dental, and other auxiliary benefit plans.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
