Job Summary

The Total Rewards Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing the company's Total Rewards strategy across the UK and Ireland region. This includes collaborating with the HR community and business leaders to ensure competitive programs that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a Total Rewards strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement reward programs
  • Monitor market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and legislation
  • Provide training and guidance to HR and management on Total Rewards matters
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of international markets. A degree in finance or a related field is preferred, and professional certifications are a plus.

The candidate should have a track record of providing employee and manager support through a shared services organization and experience in total rewards communications, including statements and other tools to communicate the overall value of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
