Job Summary
Platinum Search is seeking an experienced Senior Reward Manager to lead the reward function for a leading global luxury brand. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the global reward philosophy framework, analyzing and interpreting data, and implementing change through engaging stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global reward philosophy framework to attract, motivate, and retain colleagues across a breadth of disciplines.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify key themes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Implement change through engaging stakeholders and driving HR transformation.
- Carry out salary and benefit benchmarking and manage the annual reward cycle processes.
- Support Senior leaders who sit on Remcos and build Reward capability across the group.
Requirements
- Strong global Reward background with experience across the whole spectrum of Reward specializations.
- Previous experience working with Remcos and experience working internationally.
- Strong managerial experience and ability to switch from day-to-day operational HR to driving HR change and transformation.
What We Offer
Salary £100-£130k + excellent bonus and package. This role is London/Hybrid (3 days in the office).
