Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the global reward philosophy framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify key trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement change through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Carry out salary and benefit benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage the annual reward cycle processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support Senior leaders on Remcos, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Build Reward capability across the organization, developing and implementing training programs.

Requirements:

  • Strong global Reward background with experience across the whole spectrum of Reward specialisations.
  • Proven managerial experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Previous experience working with Remcos and experience working internationally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
