Job Title: Global Reward Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Reward Strategist to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global reward strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • Design and administer long-term incentive plans, such as stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance share plans.
  • Manage flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives tailored to diverse employee populations.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses and derive actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits trends and practices.
  • Experience in managing executive compensation programs and designing long-term incentive plans.
  • Strong grasp of financial principles and analytical techniques.
  • Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
