  • Compensation Design: Work with our talent acquisition team to design and implement compensation packages that are both market-competitive and internally equitable.
  • Benefits Development: Develop and implement innovative benefits programs that enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our total rewards programs to employees.
  • Pension Management: Manage and optimize our pension plans to ensure compliance and effective program management.
  • HR System Evaluation: Evaluate and enhance our HR systems to ensure scalability, integration, and continuous improvement in compensation and benefits processes.
About You
  • Experience: 6+ years of total rewards experience, preferably in the tech or product-led sectors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze business needs, devise strategic solutions, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working across diverse countries and jurisdictions, with knowledge of Ukrainian labor laws a plus.
  • Project Leadership: Proven success in managing complex, global initiatives with a flair for Agile methodologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional conflict management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other data analytics tools to drive strategic decisions.
