Global Rewards Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Rewards Strategist to join our team at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our global rewards programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with our company culture and values.
- Design and implement competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity-based compensation plans.
- Lead the evaluation, enhancement, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings, insurance, paid time-off, and other perks.
- Develop and implement innovative recognition and rewards programs to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing compensation, benefits, and employment practices in each jurisdiction where we operate.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-informed decisions to optimize program performance.
- You must have strong commercial experience in leadership positions where you have designed, built, implemented, and managed total global rewards programs.
- You are someone who prides themselves on their ability to champion data-driven decision making while balancing a strategic mindset to solve complex problems.
- You are comfortable presenting, communicating, and motivating individuals across all levels of the business to help everyone achieve business goals and drive high performance.
