Global Reward Strategist

As a key member of the Reward leadership team, you will play a crucial role in operationalizing and further developing the Global Reward Strategy. This involves maintaining a deep understanding of regional business plans, priorities, and challenges, as well as external market practice, developments, and legal landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Reward Advice: Collaborate with the Global Reward Director to design and develop frameworks and solutions that deliver the reward strategy, ensuring relevance in local markets and cultures.
  2. Market Insights: Work closely with regional people leadership teams to scope and understand business issues, delivering market insights and developing solutions aligned to the Global Reward strategy.
  3. Reward Framework Development: Manage the change, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of all reward frameworks and policies within the region.
  4. Operational Delivery: Ensure the effective delivery of all reward cyclical activity for the region, working closely with regional people leadership teams.
  5. Senior Leadership Advice: Advise on individual cases at a senior leadership level, ensuring effective collaboration between regions and CoEs and alignment to governance frameworks.
  6. Reward Engagement: Increase member understanding and engagement with reward, working closely with regional people leadership teams.
  7. Reward CoE Development: Coach and mentor reward and benefits delivery specialists, contributing to the development of a highly effective Reward CoE.
