Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Global Reward Strategist to join our team in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

You will be instrumental in implementing a refreshed reward plan that supports a newly developed PA strategy with a focus on cultural change, pay equity and transparency.

You will work with and influence senior stakeholders across PA to develop first-rate reward solutions and provide a seamless reward advisory service to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, coordinate and analyze PA's Global Reward programmes
  • Work directly with PA's senior leaders to implement reward programmes
  • Contribute to a seamless day-to-day reward operation
  • Support the Global Reward Manager and the team of Reward Specialists

Requirements

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong reward experience, ideally within the professional services industry
  • Experience in analyzing, reporting on and closing gender, ethnicity and other pay gaps
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet fixed deadlines
