Job Description:Senior Reward Strategist

As a Senior Reward Strategist at Frazer Jones, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality reward strategies and solutions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and supporting compensation reviews, benchmarking, and the development of reward frameworks that align with the company's business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational support for compensation, benefits, and reward projects.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Advise on and implement reward strategies, policies, and practices to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead on compensation reviews, including salary planning, bonus schemes, and equity programs.
  • Ensure reward practices comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and Reward team to provide comprehensive reward support.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Reward Strategist or in a similar compensation and benefits role within financial services or a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of reward principles, market trends, and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing compensation reviews, including salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
