Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement total reward strategies that align with business objectives and drive performance

  • Conduct benchmarking analyses and derive actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration
  • Strong understanding of global benefits trends and practices
