Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Reward and Incentives Strategist to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement total reward strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Design and administer executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives
  • Manage flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives tailored to diverse employee populations
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses and derive actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration
  • Strong expertise in designing and administering long-term incentive plans, including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance share plans
  • In-depth knowledge of global benefits trends and practices
  • Strong understanding of regional-specific benefits requirements
  • Strong grasp of financial principles and analytical techniques
