Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Equity Reward Specialist to join our team. As an Equity Reward Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their reward needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to design and structure new equity or cash-based incentive plans, considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts.
  • Advising on the tax and wider commercial impact of corporate transactions on existing or new incentive plans.
  • Designing incentive plans for the wider workforce, including all employee share purchase plans.
  • Regular client interaction, presenting reports and analysis, and managing projects.
  • Working with other teams to deliver integrated advice to clients on business issues.
  • Delegating work to and reviewing work carried out by junior team members.
  • Training and developing junior team members.
  • Assisting in the development of innovative solutions and opportunities for clients.
  • Advising on technical issues and supporting the team's knowledge management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferable but not essential.
  • Work experience that demonstrates a good foundation of technical and client service skills, as well as potential to support on new business activity.
  • ATT and/or CTA/ACA/Legal qualification (either completed or part-completed or seeking to complete).
