About the Role:

We are currently working with our client, a luxury retail brand who are looking for a Reward Specialist to become part of their People & Organisation team. This position plays a vital role in the effective management and alignment of our compensation and benefits programs with both company objectives and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation and Benefits Process Management: Assist with the development and implementation of compensation and benefits processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
  2. Benefits Administration: Manage end-to-end benefits administration, including benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  3. Pay and Bonus Reviews: Conduct pay and bonus reviews to ensure fairness and equity in compensation practices.
  4. Job Grading and Salary Benchmarking: Assist with job grading and salary benchmarking to ensure accurate and competitive compensation practices.

Requirements:

Candidates will have advanced Excel skills and proven experience in compensation and benefit administration. This role is a full-time, permanent position that offers hybrid working.
