About the Role:

Network HR is seeking a highly experienced Reward and Incentives Strategist to join our team. As a senior strategic leader, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement total reward strategies that align with business goals and shareholder interests.
  • Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • Design and administer long-term incentive plans, such as stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance share plans.
  • Manage flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives tailored to diverse employee populations.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses and derive actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Strong grasp of financial principles and analytical techniques.
  • Proven track record of aligning compensation practices with business goals and shareholder interests.
