About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards and Benefits Manager to join our team at The FISER Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive benefits package that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and HR team to develop a benefits strategy that supports our business objectives
  • Design and implement a benefits package that includes core benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and financial, physical, and mental health programs
  • Assess and negotiate with vendors to secure the best benefits offerings in the market
  • Develop and implement creative benefits-based initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Provide expert advice on benefits-related matters to employees and management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in total rewards and benefits management
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful benefits packages
  • Strong knowledge of benefits trends and best practices in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
