Senior Reward Equity Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Reward Equity Director to lead our team of professionals and advise business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of experienced reward equity professionals in providing expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.
- Develop and implement global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
- Provide cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology for such work.
- Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.
- Previous reward equity experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment is essential.
- Additional global mobility, compensation, and/or taxation experience is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team of professionals.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service.
