The Opportunity: Equity Reward Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Equity Reward Specialist to join our dynamic Reward Advisory Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing employee incentive arrangements for a diverse range of clients across various industries.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on reward schemes to our clients, ensuring they are aligned with their business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the execution of equity reward projects from inception to completion, managing all aspects effectively and efficiently.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market, expanding our client base and service offerings.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Possess a professional qualification in tax or law, demonstrating your expertise in relevant regulations.
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing employee incentive plans for various organizations.
- Exhibit exceptional client service skills, building trust and delivering outstanding results.
- Demonstrate strong project management abilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Show a proactive approach to business development, seeking opportunities to grow the team's portfolio.
