Benefits and Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benefits and Rewards Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our employee benefits program. You will work closely with HR and other stakeholders to ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive, attractive, and meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive benefits program that aligns with our business objectives and employee needs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure our benefits offerings are competitive and attractive to top talent.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates for our benefits programs.
  • Administer and manage all aspects of the benefits program, including enrollment, billing, and claims processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding their benefits questions and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in benefits legislation and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
