Key Responsibilities
  • Salary and Bonus Review: Lead the salary and bonus review process, ensuring alignment with client guidelines and timetable.
  • Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct job evaluation and compensation benchmarking, leveraging market data from reputable sources.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee the operational delivery of key benefits, including private medical, dental, and travel insurance, pension schemes, and more.
  • Query Resolution: Address compensation and benefits queries from various stakeholders, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with external benefit providers, ensuring smooth resolution of queries and cases.
Requirements
  • Skills and Experience: Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of market data and benchmarking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience using HR systems, such as Workday.
