Frazer Jones is delighted to be working with a well-respected global law firm that prioritizes outstanding employee experience and a supportive culture.
We are assisting them in their search for a skilled Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting the Reward Manager in managing the UK benefits offering and driving forward Wellbeing and DE&I initiatives.
This is a varied role that offers an interesting mix of responsibilities, including:
- Maintaining the quality of core benefits in collaboration with the Benefits Manager
- Improving processes and automating benefits enrolment
- Supporting the annual benefit renewal process from start to finish
- Managing the Benefit portal, including annual enrolment and month-end processes
- Providing data analytics and ad-hoc project support to the wider Reward team
- Serving as the main point of contact for general benefits queries
- Supporting compensation benchmarking
- Processing complex datasets and performing general HR analytics
Candidates with at least two years of experience in a Reward and Benefits role are encouraged to apply. A strong background in UK benefits and advanced Excel skills are essential, as well as some experience working with Reward (Compensation).
