We are assisting them in their search for a skilled Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting the Reward Manager in managing the UK benefits offering and driving forward Wellbeing and DE&I initiatives.

This is a varied role that offers an interesting mix of responsibilities, including:

  • Maintaining the quality of core benefits in collaboration with the Benefits Manager
  • Improving processes and automating benefits enrolment
  • Supporting the annual benefit renewal process from start to finish
  • Managing the Benefit portal, including annual enrolment and month-end processes
  • Providing data analytics and ad-hoc project support to the wider Reward team
  • Serving as the main point of contact for general benefits queries
  • Supporting compensation benchmarking
  • Processing complex datasets and performing general HR analytics

Candidates with at least two years of experience in a Reward and Benefits role are encouraged to apply. A strong background in UK benefits and advanced Excel skills are essential, as well as some experience working with Reward (Compensation).
