Job Opportunity

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join our client's HR department on a fixed-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews, with a strong background in benefits management and experience in using Workday Compensation and Benefits applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salary Review and Compensation Planning
    • Take ownership of salary review meetings, timetables, and guidelines
    • Perform job evaluation and compensation benchmarking
  • Benefits Management
    • Ensure operational delivery of various benefit schemes
    • Be accountable for compliance with pension auto-enrolment requirements
  • Pay Gap Analysis and Reporting
    • Support the budgeting and modelling process for compensation planning
    • Assist in the pay gap analysis and reporting process
  • HR Support and Process Improvement
    • Provide help and mentoring to HR Advisors
    • Continually monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Compensation/Reward and Benefits Analyst role in a large commercial environment, ideally Professional Services
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in Excel and experience in using Workday Compensation and Benefits applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
