  4. Pay Equity: Ensure that all reward and compensation practices promote pay equity and transparency across our organisation.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership, trade unions, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate and implement reward strategies.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the analysis of compensation data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all compensation and reward practices comply with public sector regulations and legal requirements.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reward and compensation processes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of public sector regulations and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective reward and compensation strategies. You will also need to have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
