About the Role:

  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits to drive business growth and success
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective reward strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and deliver innovative reward programs
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date reward data and metrics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on remuneration and benefits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform reward strategies
  • Develop and implement reward programs to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective communication plans
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date reward data and metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reward management within the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with employee share schemes and other compensation and benefits programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders
