**About the Role**

At SWIFT Financial Messaging Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Rewards Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our global rewards portfolio and strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the governance, maintenance, communication, and administration of existing compensation and rewards initiatives, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new compensation and rewards initiatives, programs, policies, and procedures to create future-proof global reward programs.
  • Manage the Merit and Bonus Cycle, including benchmarking, budget setting, Workday testing, stakeholder engagement, securing approvals, and future-proofing solutions.
  • Review pay ranges, manage Long-Term Incentive Plans and bonuses, report on pay inequalities, and take corrective actions.
  • Monitor pension plans, manage medical plan costs, ensure compliance with local legislations, and collaborate closely with vendors.
  • Support global workforce development through relocations and assignments, improving mobility policies, coordinating mobility processes, managing immigration, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain strong risk governance to ensure compliance, secure daily operations, and cost containment.

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years of experience in international compensation and rewards role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Financial, Business Administration, Actuarial, HR, or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications in relation to Comp and Ben domain, such as certified Employee Benefit Specialist, Compensation Management Specialist.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with data analysis tools and software, knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
  • Strong project management abilities, integrity, eye for detail, strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices, strong analytical and numerical skills in different markets, including industry best practices, frameworks, and models.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken), additional language skills are a plus.
