Our client, a leading player in the Financial Services sector, is seeking an exceptional Compensation and Reward Manager to support their team for a 12-month period. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing compensation plans and systems, with a strong background in Power BI and Workday.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a complex or global organisation, with a deep understanding of compensation regulations and compliance requirements. They will be responsible for benchmarking and market analysis, data analysis and reporting, annual reward cycle management, and program development and implementation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Benchmarking and market analysis to inform compensation decisions
  2. Data analysis and reporting to support business insights
  3. Annual reward cycle management, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and LTIPs
  4. Program development and implementation experience to drive business outcomes
  5. Prior experience of system implementation to ensure seamless integration
