The Global Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled Reward and Compensation Specialist to join their team.

The role will focus on providing support with all aspects of reward and benefits, working closely with HR colleagues in the UK and globally.

The firm is investing in their reward strategy and projects, making it an exciting time to join and contribute to driving initiatives forward.

  1. Deliver the annual global salary review and bonus process, working closely with HR Business Partnering and HR colleagues globally and other cyclical reward activities.
  2. Manage, oversee, and analyse the provision of compensation benchmarking tools and analytics.
  3. Liaise with benefit providers at the account management level and deliver the annual benefit renewals.
  4. Manage a portfolio of reward suppliers/partners to ensure they deliver high-quality products and services at a competitive cost.
  5. Deliver contextual insights on the firm's gender pay, together with other aspects of reward from a diversity and inclusiveness perspective.
  6. Proactively monitor legislation, legal requirements, and other changes to evaluate the impact on the Firm's HR policies and reward structures.
  7. Work in conjunction with the wider HR team globally to ensure best practice.
