Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reward Strategies and Compensation Specialist to join our team at CoStar Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with our global Total Rewards strategy and business objectives.

Total Rewards Strategy for International Markets
  • Develop and implement a competitive, compliant, and employee-engaging total rewards strategy for international markets with an initial focus on the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of existing benefits offerings and recommend improvements to align with employee needs and market trends.
Benefits Administration and Compliance
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on local legislation and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits.
Compensation Analysis and Policy Development
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to stay informed about salary trends and benefits packages in the region.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies that comply with local regulations and support the overall business strategy for the region.
Collaboration and Reporting
  • Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team, Regional HR Business Partners, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between compensation and benefits strategies and business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Total Rewards Manager or similar role, with a focus on the UK and European markets (preferably the UK, France, and/or Germany), Asia Pacific highly beneficial.
  • Experience of structuring incentive schemes, including sales commission plans and longer-term incentive plans.
  • A holistic understanding of compensation and benefits that covers not only financial elements but also health care, dental, and other auxiliary benefit plans.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Additional European language – French or German – would be ideal.
