Crone Corkill is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Rewards Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract within the financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the annual compensation reward cycle, including merit, bonus, LTI plan, and bonus sacrifice vehicles across the UK and Europe.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-populate all back-end Workday data fields (e.g., job levels, salary ranges, job codes) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure appropriate access levels and data security are in place within Workday.
  • Execute the annual communication plan across all business leaders and managers as part of the reward cycle.
  • Manage project delivery of the reward cycle, collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders.
  • Manage pre-promotion nominations, following through to conclusion and final sign-off, including job level scoring and salary benchmarking using WTW GGS.
  • Perform governance and compliance checks to ensure compliance with in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Workday technical issues and questions.
  • Work with HRBPs to advise on recommendation anomalies and escalate to the Head of HR as needed.
  • Produce Total Reward statements and distribute them effectively.
  • Audit Workday and Payroll throughout and post close of the cycle to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and rewards practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Workday and other relevant tools.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Crone Corkill and contribute to the success of our clients. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
