We're seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to support our Total Rewards function on an interim basis. Working closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer, you'll take ownership of our global compensation philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Payroll, to drive compensation initiatives.
  2. Support Talent Acquisition in salary negotiations and compensation package development.
  3. Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions.
  4. Lead the annual compensation review process, ensuring accurate job levelling and pay grades.
  5. Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board, focusing on salary, bonus, and LTI programs.
  6. Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in compensation-focused roles, preferably in a start-up environment.
  2. Expertise in designing and managing sales commission plans that align with business objectives.
  3. Subject matter expertise in job levelling, salary benchmarking, and global merit cycle processing.
  4. Global compensation experience and a strong understanding of employment laws.
  5. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and HRIS systems.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to articulate data insights.
